Unfortunately I have already pursued this possibility, but the Charles James you mentioned is buried on Isle of Wight with his brother and probate records showed he left money to his brother suggesting he had no family. My grandfather (Charles James Walker) is buried in Widnes and probate records show he left all his money to my grandmother.
