I can trace Ernest up until the 1901 census and then he disappears. The family lived in Oldham. On the 1911 census his wife Elizabeth isn't described as a widow but he doesn't appear on any record. I can find his siblings and his father in 1911. I can find no death records, I have searched variations of his name. I have looked for hospital records on the 1911 census but haven't been able to find any for Oldham. I have also searched records for America etc in case he emigrated. Any suggestions welcome!
