He was born in 1920 in West Derby, Lancashire He grew up in Liverpool (Percy Road). He had an older sister called Hilda (born 1911) He also had a younger brother called Harold (born 1924) His father was called Francis E Hughes born abt 1889 His mother was called Ethel Fazakerley I know that Hilda married an Alexander Myerscough Anyone who is looking for the same Hughes/Fazakerley family tree please feel free to contact me.
