I am particularly interested in the history of my relatives past who lived and worked in Burnley in the mills, namely the Kellys and the Finns. It is where I grew up so the history resonates a lot more with me. I'm really passionate about heritage in Burnley too, especially when I see how, let's face it, it isn't the most up and coming town around. Does anybody know if there are any records of the mills in Burnley and the workers. I assume it is possible to work out from an address the chances of my relatives working in a nearby mill, but I wonder if there are any online resources which might exist around this or might exist somewhere like the town museum. I am curious really. It would be fantastic if there is, so I can start to investigate further. Let me know what you think of my current tree, and if you have any tips to improve how I'm going, that would be fantastic!! Happy Hunting!!
