HI Everyone I am trying to find the mother of the above Jane SCOTT Born c 1819 (Burnley?) her fathers name is WILLIAM SCOTT from the below record of her marriage to Thomas PICKERING. On one census it had that she was born in France but an English Citizen?? Marriage: 20 Sep 1840 St Mary the Virgin, Blackburn, Lancashire, England Thomas Pickering - Full Age, Cabinet Maker, Bachelor, Blackburn Jane Scott - (X), Full Age, Spinster, Blackburn Groom's Father: Borlasse Pickering, Weaver Bride's Father: William Scott, Weaver Thomas and Jane Pickering (nee Scott) on 1851 Census they were living at 20 Cannon St. Blackburn I found one possible birth/christening on the LDS site but NO parents listed for a JANE SCOTT christened 18 July 1819 Baptist Church, Burnley, Lancashire???
