Hm - in that case, there *should* be no barrier to her appearing. She's over 100y old, which is sufficient to release the record. And she is presumably recorded as being dead - which we believe is done by putting a D on her line on the right hand page - which appears to be permanently redacted for everyone. Either should release her record. This assumes that the age etc was correct in the first place! If you can't find anyone in that street then it would suggest lost pages. On the other hand it could also be that the enumerator wrote the street name down wrongly. Difficult to tell unless you have free access to all the data.
