    3. John, St Silas is listed on the LancashireOPC website although it appears that the registers are not (yet) available on that site. An email to the OPC for the district of Billinge may elicit a response as to when they may be available online. Microfilm/fiche copies of the marriage register(s) for 1901 to 1971 are held at the Lancashire Record Office - not an online resource but short of buying the certificate the only alternative.
