    3. 'Reunion' is a Mac specific desktop programme. It has a huge number of fans, but I was disappointed to find supporting records and documentation couldn't be transferred. I sort of understand why but it's a serious problem if you have a lot of individuals in your tree. You can transfer a GEDCOM. I think the problem with all these programmes is that you can't import all your source material very easily.. If someone knows differently I would love to know.     3. FTM allows you to export a GEDCOM with media files, so that all of your photos, etc can be imported into Legacy or RootsMagic and presumably others. I Believe sources can also be imported, but I don't actually use them as such. For example, rather than a census "source", I include the full household census data in my notes.
