AV software probably won't object to the email because it's only a link. So far as I can see there is no malware in the email - you only get infected if you click on the link, and I'd hope that your AV would stop the site infecting you when you got there. It probably would allow the browser to start to bring up the site as it would not be able to decide that it will a malware site until it got there - it's not psychic, after all - but it should stop the site from do anything bad.
