One of my lot died in Oswaldtwistle – Thomas CLAYTON, surgeon – and his Will is listed in the Cheshire Wills. Clicking on the image symbol brought up the Extract of the Will , but on enquiring at the Cheshire Records Office for the full Will, I found it was actually stored at Preston, which is where I had to get it from.
