Hello friends and cousins from Natchitoches Parish: My name is Glenda Myers and I am the coordinator for Natchitoches Parish LaGenWeb Project. I am acquainted with most of you from getting your requests to be added to the surname page or your queries. A few of you are cousins who've contacted me because we share common ancestors and we found each other through the queries or surname page. This mailing list should be a help to all of us as we research in Natchitoches. I appreciate very much the efforts of our listowners, Gaytha Thompson and Kay Thompson-Brown. Gaytha said there were 38 of us yesterday (the first day!) and the list will grow larger as time goes by. Did you notice that we added two new cemetery listings to the "cemetery page" last week.
