Bishop and Goode of Campti spent a few hours in our little village treating their friends to a very pleasant ride in the automobile. Come again Sirs, our roads are navigable as well as model. Mr Wm Maricelli Sr has returned Monday from a very pleasant visit to Bayou La Chute and Frierson, where he attended the Maricelli-Rambin wedding. He was accompanied by his two daughters Edna and Maude who will remain for a month visiting friends at Frierson and Shreveport. They accepted an invitation to graduating exercises of the TE Schumpert Memorial training school for nurses one of our old chums Miss Ellen Chilers has finished. A jolly crowd namely, Messrs Ed Crawford, Gillen, Barberouse and Maricellis serenaded Natchitoches, Saturday night and early in A.M. of Sunday were rewarded with cake and refreshments by those who appreciated their music. Keep up a good thing boys. Laugh and the world laughs with you. The ice man is greeted by everyone these holidays.
