Hi, everyone! My name is Robyn Webb, and I have just begun to research my genealogy. My great-great grandparents were from Natchitoches. They were Amelia Paul White ( nicknamed Mia, born c. 1890's) and Charles Cannon. Their children were Luella, Leroy, Charles, and Lee Ethel Cannon. They all attended Morning Star Baptist Church in Natchitoches. Lee Ethel Cannon was my great grandmother. She married George Hicks, and they had two children: Lucille and James Hicks. Lucille (born 1933, died 1976) was my grandmother. She first married Leonard Clark, and they had two children (Lee Ethel and Leonard, Jr.) Lucille then married my grandfather Samuel Johnson, and they had 8 children together, including my mother Brenda Faye Johnson Webb. I would greatly appreciate any more information that anyone may have on these families.
