I've noticed that too. I've got an old Windows 98 upstairs, that I use as a filing cabinet. It's the only computer that I have that will accept those CD's Downstairs, I have an old Windows XP and I have a lap top which is Vista. I'm keeping that old 98 around just to be able to use the CD's I bought from the Mormons.
