    1. [Lanark] re McDonalds in Airdrie
    2. James Armstrong
    3. Hi Archibald I too am forever stuck with Airdrie. My Mum and Dad were both born in Airdrie and also escaped to Brisbane but every uncle, aunt, grand whatever and great grand whatever was born, married or died in Airdrie. They were either miners, weavers, tubeworkers or brickmakers. Some escaped to go to America but I can't find many who came to Australia. I don't have any McDonalds in my tree (yet) but I do have some certificates for some McDonalds. Maybe if you list the families you are researching, I might have a connection Cheers Jim Armstrong jimarmstrong59@hotmail.com Researching - Armstrong, Smith, McIlroy, Mark, Hare (Airdrie Scotland and Ireland) Burns, Walker, Little, Boyle (Airdrie Lanarkshire Scotland) Beck, Madsen (Queensland & Denmark ) Dicks, Waller (Queensland & Gloustershire England) Trimble, Kirkland, Black, Bryen (NSW & Ireland) > > Message: 4 > Date: Tue, 03 Aug 2010 11:39:23 +1000 > From: Alastair Macdonald <alectts@optusnet.com.au> > Subject: [Lanark] Introducing me and Macdonalds in Airdrie. > To: LANARK@rootsweb.com > Message-ID: <4C57734B.9080406@optusnet.com.au> > Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed > > Hello all you Lanarkadians.
