Hello List I have found a Marriage on the IGI, M116516 it is a marriage between James REID and Janet HAMILTON. My problem is it does not give a date just Sep 1845,in New Monkland I have never seen this before on the IGI. Is there SKS who has access to the 1851 census who could find this couple. Bob, That's because its from the collections account which lists the monthly payments received for the marriages, mortcloth rentals and the amounts distributed to the poor. The actual entry was on the 2nd Sabbath of September 1845 and states they were both of this Parish. Cheers!!!
