The case is between cousins in Midlothian ,Thomas Kinnaird of Edinburgh and Thomas Kinnaird of Glasgow vs Jacobina Thomson M,S, Kinnaird of East Calder as to who should inherit the Estate of Benjamin Redpath. Thomas Kinnaird of Glasgow was the winner.
