Hi, Frank, the website address is www.books.google.com. Good luck with it. I don't always remember to use it but when I do I am always pleasantly surprised. One of my very close girlfriends from college was from Calgary. She is currently on leave but is getting ready to go back to Congo under the auspices of the Free Methodist Church. She has worked on and off there for years as a nurse and midwife. I was originally signed up with the Lanark website to help another friend find something on her Bisset family and locate a cousin. We did get in touch with her cousin - not through the internet or any technology, but through an old-fashioned letter sent to his previous employer. Funny! Have fun with google books. Nancy, somehow the replies to this list have changed over the years. Originally if you hit 'reply' it would go to sender, it then changed if you hit 'reply' it would go to the list, then if you hit 'reply all' it would go to both the list and the sender NOW if you hit 'reply all' it comes up with the list address twice and not the ORIGINAL sender! A pain having to check all the time as to where your email is going then having to delete the list address twice and cut and past the original sender's email address if you wish to repsond privately........... Very easy to get caught out if the brain isn't engaged, Jenny
