Thanks Bob, It all seems to be a guessing game. Sorry about not putting the address down for the group. Robert and Margaret seem the most likely for Mary's parents, which I was looking for. On her death certificate her parents were unknown. The FH Library is an hour away from Taupo and I don't drive that far now. I was helping out at the Library a few years ago.
