Hello List I have been trying for 3 days now to find these two families , they become two when their children marry . I was kindly sent a marriage certificate for the marriage of Alexander Reid son of James Reid and Janet Hamilton, and Elizabeth McIntyre daughter of Hugh McIntyre and Elizabeth Gillies. The couple married on the 29th December 1883 in Bridgeton. Hugh McIntyre was Deceased at the time of the Marriage and Elizabeth McIntyre had remarried to a William Hamilton, ( I wonder if there is a connection between Alexanders mother Janet Hamilton and William Hamilton) I found Elizabeth on the 1881 census , living with her mother shown as Mrs Hamilton but have not found her with her mother in 61 or 71. Does SKS have knowledge of these families . Thank you In Advance Bob
