My Keer/Keir families were in Cambusnathen and started out in Old Monkland. Also Pettigrew and Wheelan/Wheelen/Wheeling were in that area. Clarks and Muirs also. Most started out as weavers then to the coal mines and also worked on the canal out of Langloan/Coatbridge. Going from 1800 to present day in some cases. Hello Kaye My Henry Gibbons line came from Kidsgrove, Staffordshire, This is in the area of Wednesbury, West Bromwich ,Etc . Willetts and Clive also were from the same general area. The Davidson line came from Whitethaven ,Cumberland. The McGregor line was from Perth. If I find a connection to you line in Durham I will let you know. Bob
