    3. Hi: Just clipped the attached from my records on Lanark, sent by someone. May help. Frank Easton there's an entry which mentions a plan of the estate that included Woodyett in scotlandsplaces.gov.uk http://www.scotlandsplaces.gov.uk/search_item/index.php?service=NAS <http://www.scotlandsplaces.gov.uk/search_item/index.php?service=NAS&id=RHP3 257> &id=RHP3257 if you go to this site: http://geo.nls.uk/os6inch/google.html click on map, follow the earlier posted directions and when zoomed in reasonably close click on historic, you should then easily find a much older map of the area, you can then switch to satellite to see (if you're lucky) the area as it is now for further background on the general area you could try the statistical accounts but you'll need to know the name of the relevant parish: http://edina.ac.uk/stat-acc-scot/ to then locate lesmahago (there's an entry in the earlier 1790s account as well) http://stat-acc-scot.edina.ac.uk/link/1834-45/Lanark/Lesmahago/6/30/ Hope that helps n.b. if searching scotlandsplaces it's best to double-check you're in the right part of the country, there's more than one woodyett
