She was born and stayed in Glasgow until she went to NZ with her hubbie, the Royal NZ Fencible. . Agnes is no relation at all to my John Campbell, that I have been able to find, although I do check every time I search for John, to see if Agnes is related.. Ceylon records are more relevant to the indigenous Sri Lankan than the European, Civil registration started very late in the 1800s in Ceylon, so there is extremely little (if in fact anything) to be found for BMDs in Ceylon for Britons...
