    3. Thank you so much. This is very helpful! Does anybody on the list know anything about the Alexander Hamilton that took over Murdoston? Since my father matches DNA at such a high level with many Inglis, we are thinking Alexander's family may unlock the key to our relatives in Scotland. In all of Family Tree DNA, only one Hamilton and three Inglis match at the 67 marker. Also, if anybody is interested, my father's DNA was analyzed by a gentleman studying Viking DNA in Scotland, and yes my father's DNA is called "transitional Viking". So we are not Celtic.
