I don’t know where his mixter-maxter ‘dialect’ comes from (I don’t believe he’s really Scottish), but I think the people from Kirkcdubright would be annoyed at their town/shire being pronounced as KIR-CUD (as in dud)-BRIGHT, instead of Kir-COO-brie (brie almost sounds like a cross between bree and bray). Not to mention dropping the ‘t’ in the word Scottish/Scotland throughout the video. I found the whole presentation extremely annoying. However, for those not in tune with such as the Central Belt way of speaking, this could be a little bit edifying, shall we say.
