Hi Debra, While reading your posting of surnames, I noticed you had Mitchell, did your Mitchell family marry into the Autrey family in Dubach? I have a slew of Mitchells that was a result of Absalom Autrey's daughter, Lucinda Autrey, marrying John B. L. Mitchell and they had five children. Lucinda Autrey was born 1829 in Perry Co., Ala. and married John Brown L. Mitchell n 1847 in Perry Co. Al., were married by Bird Griffin, J. P., who was Lucinda's uncle. John was born Nov 4 1826 in Perry Co. Al. and was the son of John and Nancy (Wilson) Mitchell. I will share what information I have with anyone researching these lines. Feel free to contact me individually for more details. You are also invited to check out the following sites at your convenience. If you make connections, please contact us.
