Has anyone heard of any of these plantations on Bayou LaFourche? Ravenswood, Godchaux's, or Elm Hall. Two of these are mentioned in a letter written by my Grandmother in 1972, and the other one was mentioned in a newpaper obituary in 1892. These plantations may not exist today. If anyone knows ANYTHING about them, I would very much like to hear about it. Thanks very much. - Ben Bourgeois
