Joab had 2 offspring. Melinda born 1825 married Asaph Ashley July 1846 St Louis St. Ferdinand Co,Mo. John born 1830 died Feb 1862 Mimphis Tenn, (Civil War} Margaret died Randloph Co ILL around 1843 Jaob married Elsie Flint 1844 John Lards (Laird) daughter Sarah married Samuel Owens Feb 1830 had 3 sons This book didn't tell the names But Thought John and david were the names of two of them. Now it was said that the father of Joab and John was (or could have been) Hezekiah / Hezekiel Laird Who married Catherine S. Percell in Nelson Ky Jan 3 1793 and was on the censes in Jefferson Co. Ky in1789 in died in St. Ferdnand Co, Mo.Sept 1797 will probated Sept 1806 As I said on the onset i don't know if it helps But there it is!!!
