Lists are working; webpages may or may not be, depending on where they are in the system. States and counties appear to be functioning, but the main USGW page isn't (possibly because http://www.usgenweb.org is a redirect--that's a logical extrapolation from a non-techie<g>). The cgi server is down (taking down GenConnect), as is homepages.rootsweb.com.
