His name was William Wilkson Jenkins and he died Sept. 30, 1961 at the Baton Rouge General Hospital. It states on his death certificate that the hosp. is in East Baton Rouge parish. Can anyone please tell me which newspaper would have run an obit for this place and time?? Where could I write to get a copy of it?
