My mother was Mary Elizabeth Barnett, daughter of Thomas L. Barnett and Emily Louisa Shaffet Barnett of Zachary, LA (East Baton Rouge Parish). Their other children were Eula Barnett (Zachary), Louise Barnett Batte (Baton Rouge and Zachary), and Lucy Barnett Doiron (Chattanooga, TN) - all deceased. My mother married Baynard Turpin, Jr. of MerRouge, LA. Thomas Barnett had a brother Wille Dortch Barnett (Zachary) and a sister Mary Ida Barnett. I have no information on her except that she, and all of the others are buried in the Young Family Cemetery in Plains, LA (near the Plains Presbyterian Church). It is possible that the persons you are looking for are also buried in that cemetery. My mother still lives in Baton Rouge and is 88 years old. She gave me some information that Eula Barnett had compiled and it also lists names such as Rachel Krumholt, Benjamin Luther Smith, Mary Ann Dortch, Mary Elizabeth Smith. Baynard Turpin Springboro, OH
