    3. I am researching the below names: Pruyn Robert Legget Pruyn, born 17 March 1832 was my great great grandfather, I have a great deal of information on him. However, his son, and my great grandfather, Robert Henry Pruyn, born Sept 1861 appears to have died in Carlsbad , New Mexico. I have been able to find out little about him. Also, Robert Leggett's brother, Girardar, appears to have come to Baton Rouge with his wife also. Mary, his with is listed in the 1870 census as head of household, living with 5 children. In the 1880 census, one son George, is listed with wife, Eudora, as a seperate household and Mary is still listed with 4 children. In 1900, George, Frank, Mary and Charles are all living with mother, Mary, now 70 yrs. My Pruyn relatives seem unaware of this branch of the family. Anyone know about these relatives and if any still survive ? Fallon Patrick Fallon, born Gallway, Ireland, May 1830 was My great grandfather.Came with brother Peter, both served in the Union Army during the civil war. Peter has been lost track of on discharge from the army, but Patrick settled in Baton Rouge. His second wife Bridgett Costello, bore him a daughter , Katye Fallon Pruyn who was my grandmother. Searching information about Patrick's family in Ireland- Father Daniel, mother Mary Horton. Also Bridgett had been married before to Daniel Geary. Robert E.Geary and Alice Rosa Geary are listed on the 1880 census as son and daughter of Patrick. Are any Gearys out there researching Patrick? Thanks, Steve Pruyn- scpruyn@ pacbell.net
