I am looking for information on my grandfather, Burrel Franklin Rouse. I found a homestead entry dated 1901 and according to those papers he was born in EBR Parish abt 1858. He had been living on the land since 1895 with his wife & 7 children. This was his first wife, Sarah Puckett, his second wife was my grandmother and I only know her first name was Jannie(Jennie?) and she died in 1921. Burrel Franklin died in 1935 according to my father who was Bearle Marion (Pete) Rouse. I am trying to locate the names of the 7 children from the first wife. Any information would be appreciated.
