I know that my great grandmothers name was Annie Bargas or sometimes spelled Bargus. She was married to my great grandfather Charles Crusoe Matthews/Mathews. I know they were both born and raised in Iberville parish, however I ran across a biography of a Joseph E.Bargas saying he was from East Baton Rouge trying to make a connection.
