Her father, David KENNEDY and his wife (name unknown) were born in Ireland. I have no info on when they arrived in the US or why. The family was Catholic. Elizabeth married George Edward MCKENNA or MCKINNEY (various spellings), who was b. about 1835 in Ireland according to the 1870 Moniteau Co. MO census. There is no marriage info on them in MO: could they have met and married in LA? Would love to find marriage/birth records for Elizabeth, immigration & death info on David and wife, immigration on George. Would also like to correspond with any others researching this family.
