I descend from Caleb Moncrief and his second wife, Mary Ann Owens- through their daughter Annette, a.k.a. Nattie,a.k.a. Annie Moncrief and James Martin Green. Annette was born in Lincoln Parish on 19 June 1868 and died 22 Nov 1921 in Union Parish, LA. Both buried Weldon, LA. Their 5th child, Vera Green was my grandmother. She married Lewis Watson Thompson.
