He served in the Civil War, in the 19th La Reg., Co. C. He married Jan. 1871, in Kaufman Co., Texas to Nancy J. Burns. John died in Flint, Smith Co., Texas in Nov. 1916. I have not worked on him for awhile now, but would like to get any clues now, from anyone that may know about any parents, or siblings for him.
