I am the Ggrandaughter of William Frank Powell b. May 02, 1852 Columbia Co. Ark. He moved to Claiborn Parish, La. about 1880. His first wife died in childbirth, the mother of my grandfather Jim Ed Powell b. 1879 Nevada Co. Ark. William Frank Powell married twice more, since the 2nd wife died also, we are looking for family in La. We think he may be buried in Woodlawn Cemetry in DeRidder, La. as there is a William Frank Powell with same birthday buried there. His 2nd wife had 3 children: Howard, Latha and William Richard.
