If so, where might those records be today. I am looking for the 1870 marriage record of Winship Capers Connor and Tullora Fannie Cornelius (daughter of Dr. Matthias Cornelius and Elizabeth A. Lewis). They do not appear in the book of Claiborne Parish marriage records I have seen. He arrived in Claiborne Parish in 1869. She and her family resided in Clairborne Parish from at least 1860. The couple went to Texas in 1872.
