Her given name is Martha A. Her birthdate is Jan 1850. Her birthplace is listed as AL, as is the birthplace of both of her parents. So this family was in AL for at least 1830-1850. Martha married James R Morris after the end of the Civil War. They had 2 children before Martha was 20 yrs old- a dau named Mary and a son named Austin L. Later children were named: Carl, Wilks, Annie, Thomas, Maud, Lula, Kathleen, Arlin, Josephine. By 1900, the family had moved to Shelby and Panola Co TX. Any hints or possibilties greatly appreciated.
