Posted on: Claiborne Parish La Queries Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/genbbs.cgi/USA/La/Claiborne/10169 Surname: Knox, Holcomb, Gryder, Trammell ------------------------- Jonathan Knox and wife Cynthia Holcomb came from Illinois to Claiborne Parish, La. about 1824. One of their daughters, Mary Ann (Polly) Knox married Andrew Jackson Trammell. When Cynthia died, Jonathan married Jane Gryder and they had seven or eight children. I would like to correspond with any one doing research on any of these people or their descendants. Will be glad to share information that I may have. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Jerry J.
