Johnnie's last husband found out what he could in abt 1967 or 68. He didn't write anything down. (!!) So we're having to rely on his memory. Could you possibly find out anything about Johnnie being born there in Lake Charles? If not, thank you anyway. Don't really know what else to tell you. Elizabeth and Virgil were probably an older couple cause Johnnie was sent to live with a sister who already had 5 kids when Johnnie was born.
