    3. George W. Smithe 1838-1873, lived in parishes: Caddo, Bienville, Carroll and Bossier. He served the Confederacy in the Civil War. He mar Mary Heloise Larche in 1863 in Bienville Parish. Am searching for his burial place. The children of George & M. H. L. Smithe were: George Harry Smithe and Miriam Smithe; the 1880 census also shows another daughter, identified only as "sis" or "sie",/f/w/ b. abt 1871-72, in Carroll Parish or Caddo Parish. Need help correctly identifying this person, also. His widow and children moved to Shreveport after his death and made their home at a residence on Kings Hwy, in Shreveport. Any help much appreciated. Jeanie Smithe Hardin proteus1010@sbcglobal.net
