Oops! I guess I missed the call for letter "K". I'm looking for the family of James Goodfellow Kelly. Depending on your choice of census, he was born in 1874 or 1877 in Louisiana. His father may have been born in South Carolina and his mother may have been born in Georgia. He married Flossie Cole (b. 1881) probably around 1899. By 1920 they were living in Hosston, Caddo Parish, and he was described as a merchant. I've found seven children: Lamar, Wilmer Ferris (I have info on his descendants), Jewell, Ruby, Mamie, James, and Maggie. I don't have death dates for James or Flossie. Son Wilmer Ferris Kelly was born in 1903 in Plain Dealing, Bossier Parish. I haven't found the family in the 1910 or earlier censuses. I would like to find firm birth and death dates and places, and parents, if possible.
