    3. In the cemetery books that I have no Erastus N. Edwards or anything close is listed. However I found this in the BOOK Shreveport Civil Death Records, Vol one 1874 to 1902 Edwards EN/EM 44 y 11 m 8 d Dec 23, 1899 page 120 certificate 538 If you think this is your person you can write to the state archives and make sure you mention the above book along with the page and certificate number.
