I am looking for any family members or information on a man with the last name of Keith who married an Anna (Annie) Irvine in the Caddo Parish area in the late 1800s. Anna was my great aunt. Marguerite, In the late 1800's, there was a Keith family living in south Caddo Parish near the DeSoto Parish line. The non-incorporated community of Keithville was named for this family. Other than that, I know nothing about them except that the old Keith home burned down a few years ago. I don't think there are any family members still living in Keithville. My husband grew up in Keithville as did his 92 year old father. I just phoned my father-in-law and the only names he could recall were Perry Keith and his three sons, Daniel, William and Polk. I don't have any idea if these folks are connected to the Keith for whom you are searching but thought I would pass along the information. Good luck in your search.
