I am researching the family of David P. FOSTER and Nancy C. WHITTEN. David was a brother to John Foster (who married Hannah Eaves)and the son of Asa Foster of Winston County, MS. David and John immigrated to Bienville Parish from Winston County, MS about 1881. Nancy died and David remarried to Laura HILL in 1890. The family of David and Nancy: David P. Foster family: born 1842 died 1911, buried Campground Cemetery, Bienville, La. Married to (1st) Nancy Whitten, (2nd) Laura E. Hill 1890; children: William A. born 1871 Mississippi Carrie born 1873, Mississippi Lenora born 1875 Mississippi married to Eston Brown Ollie born 1877 Lousiania married to Daisy Stewart Lou E. born Feb 1880 married to Lawrence McCoy David P.,Jr born 1883 died 1911 Os, son, died Effie m. Pipkin, lived in Olney, Tx And two listed as death as infants David, Laura, and several children are buried in Campground Cemetery. Can anyone tell me if Nancy is buried there also?
