Hi Mary Sue, I need to clarify one thing: in the History of Bienville Parish Vol 2, it mentions a Mary Diamond that married a Henry Mathews b. 20 Aug 1853, and they had one daughter. It is mentioned that he remarried 2 other times, and one of the children from his 3rd wife married a Wiggins. Mary is the only Diamond mentioned in the book, none are mentioned in the Liberty Hill - Brush Valley book, nor in the Bio and Historical Memoirs of Bienville Parish. There isn't one in the 1850 census either. Peggy
