I am researching the SHARPLESS surname. Robert Henry Sharpless was born in Pike County, Alabama in 1827. He died in Bienville Parish, Arcadia, La. 9/17/1882. His Wife was Frances E. Dees. They had one son, Robert b. 1869 in Pike County, Alabama and died in La. 1937. He is buried at Longstraw Cemetery. If anyone has information on this family please contact me. Thank you, John E.
