Hi Cynthia, Checked all the listings for your Henry Y. CARTER. Did not locate him listed in any cemetery. There is a Potts Cemetery located at Brush Valley, according to the books, but no Carter listed there at all. Did notice some Carter and Raborn/Raburn listed in some of the cemeteries.
